The head of Human Organ Transplant Authority (HOTA) Brig Dr. Aamir Ikram along with his team visited Q. I.H. on 24th January 2017. He was received by Dr.Najmul Hassan Shah Director Liver Transplantation & Hepatology and administration of QIH. While delivering a detailed presentation on the Liver Transplantation Program in the Board Room of QIH, Dr Shah explained the salient features and preparedness of the program. The presentation was followed by question and answers of the team members. The HOTA team was also showed around the hospital facilities including ICU, radiology, O.R, patient’s rooms, clinical and biomedical labs. The team also met with Dr Shaukat Ali Banash founder & CEO of QIH. Dr Aamir Ikram appreciated Dr Shaukat Ali Banash and liver transplant team of the hospital.
