Meeting of Pakistan Society of Nephrology Islamabad/Rawalpindi chapter was held at Quaid-e-Azam International Hospital on January 29, 2016 at 2030 hours.
Meeting was inaugurated by Prof Dr. Brig. ® S. A. Halim President Pakistan Society of Nephrology (Islamabad/Rawalpindi chapter).
The meeting was attended by well renowned doctors from Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences Islamabad, Shifa International Hospital Islamabad, Capital Development Authority Hospital Islamabad, KRL Islamabad, NESCOM hospital Islamabad, Fauji Foundation hospital Rawalpindi, Combined Military Hospital Rawalpindi, Military Hospital Rawalpindi and others.
First case was presented by Dr. Zahid Nabi and his team from K.R.L Hospital and the topic was Isolated Thrombocytopenia in Renal Transplant (LRRT).
Second case was presented by Dr. Nadeem Murtaza of NESCOM Hospital of a lady with successful Pregnancy in End Stage Renal Disease on dialysis
It was unanimously decided by the panel to conduct PSN meetings at Quaid-e-Azam International Hospital on last Friday of every alternate month.
