Department of Hepatology and Liver Transplant Surgery of Q.I.H invited Prof. Dr. Subash Gupta a renowned Liver Transplant Surgeon of India to visit Q.I.H on the 10th March 2017. He inspected the facility and provided expert guidance and advice on the programme. He also attended a seminar on Liver Transplantation and delivered a lecture. Prior to Dr. Gupta’s visit, Dr. Paola Muiesan and Dr. Khalid Sharif Consultants Hepatobiliary and Liver Transplant Surgeons Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham UK has also visited QIH on 24th Feb, 2017 and offered their services for the Hepatology and Liver Transplantation Programme. It is important to mention that Dr. Najmul Hassan Shah, Director Hepatology & Liver Transplant programme has established International Faculty Linkage Programme under which these visits and lectures are being organized at Q.I.H
