As years pass by QIH is becoming a landmark of high quality medical care. On February 13, 2016 in Eye OT, latest technique of DCR i.e. ENDO DCR (Endo Dacryocystorhinostomy) was done under G.A by Prof. Brig. ® Dr.Muhammad Azam Khan HOD Eye Department and Dr. Iftikhar Aslam, ENT specialist.
The hallmark of the procedure is that NO REPEAT NO INCISION is given from outside, rather the bone is broken from nasal side and DCR tube is introduced from Eyes punctum.
“it feels good to inform that at present our medical and Surgical facilities have advanced remarkably .This can be evidenced by the successful execution of today’s procedure” says Dr. Azam after completing the Procedure.
